Hello everyone hope all is well I want to create a custom campaign. I created a leader character and started a custom campaign but then I noticed I only my created leader to control from onset of game so my question is how do I start a custom campaign with some help and I started or replaced a planet to me being the ruler there. Why is the AI coddled to the point having flat out entire access to tech trees from the first round? Every AI I have encountered is rolling out +3 Chimera and Champions by month 2. And consistently getting the BEST rolls in every encounter? Why even bother with my input if I miss 8 shots but they land 8 every time? And I mean EVERY time this happens. I see a new update queued for Chaos Galaxy 2 (not the Four Admirals one, I already downloaded that a long time ago), but I don't see any news or patch notes.

Is the achievement 'four admirals' possible? Two of them are faction leaders, and even with annex, the leader doesn't join... am I missing something?
